Gharj, Ancient Pylons and the Infernal Council all cleared on only our third raid. Well done to Yksleets, Solara, Chillbones, Tyrel, Sling, Kyllona Spectra, and Jagganath, and thank you everyone who are a part of all our raids.

The Circle has killed Annihilation Droid XRR-3!

Congratulations to our raid force who were a part of our first kill as a guild: Chillbones, Ignavus, Jagganath, Kyllona, Sling, Spectra, Tyrel, and Veeko.

I would like to thank all of our guildies who raided with us tonight. We surpassed our expectations and although we didn't kill the Annihilation Droid, we got him down to 5% in that last try before he enraged as well as completing the original goal which was to simply destroy the turrets and survive.

I think a special mention and a thank you should go out to Chillbones who kept persevering despite so many deaths during the encounters. And a big thank you to you all who came for Sundays raid and had a great time despite the repair bills!

It will be important now to spend the time between now and next Sundays raid gearing up. Two things we can do as level 50's are to do the daily quests on Belsavis and Ilum for the commendations to get armouring, barrel and hilt mods, and rakata quality ear and implant pieces. And to run the HM zones to farm Tionese and Columi gear.

Sign ups are open to all until we can get some stability although raid team 1 members will be prioritized over raid team 2 members, and raid team 2 members will be prioritized over anyone not signed up to a raid team. The reason why I ask for sign-ups is to know closer to the time if I need to find replacements.

Big gratz to our second level 50 in the guild. Its a long journey to 50, and its a achievement to get there, one that definitely deserves a pat on the back.

Now as more players are edging towards 50, we can start looking ahead. I will write up and post tomorrow what we have achieved so far as a guild, where I see us going, and what I've been putting in place for us since October. This will be in the member forums.

Fantastic big grats to Sling! our first guild member to hit 50! Good work chap, and hopefully the rest of us can catch you up very quickly, so you are not alone up there!

The Circle has been founded! We are a Sith Empire European PVE guild on the Peragus Mining Facility server.

A big thank you to our founding members, without whom the guild will still be a pipe dream. The intention with this incarnation of the guild is to create a mature and casual atmosphere for a large social base, while those who want to raid in 8 or 16 man raid teams can do so under the same banner. The Circle will become a name of excellence, and our focus will be on our community.

The Circle was originally a large EQ2 social guild on the Darathar/Venekor server. The membership grew when The Circle merged with several other guilds and took over the Purity name which became a platform for our end-game plans. Jagganath led The Circle from the founding in March 2006, and Purity from June 2007 through to November 2007 until he had to step down for work reasons. During those months The Circle became the largest guild on the Darathar server, and the next incarnation, Purity, became the top Qeynos alignment Euro end game guild on Venekor, both with a reputation at being very notorious at PVP.
