Guild Charter
It is important that when you are grouping with other players either within or outside the guild, that you uphold the guild's reputation. That you are courteous, you don't get angry with other players, and are supportive of any group whether its a successful one or a struggling one.

While within the guild, how you act in groups will influence how respected you are by the other players. And you are a ambassador for the guild when you play with other players and you represent our image and reputation.

Loot whether within Flashpoints or Operations will be very tricky with the looting system at launch as you are able to need on any item, unlike WoW which grays out the item being rolled for if you cannot use the item.

We ask our members not to loot for their companions if an item comes up that they can use. We don't do this normally in Rift, EQ2, and WoW, and despite that the mechanic is here we shouldn't do this in SWTOR. This will confuse and upset other group members in the group if they see you rolling on the same item they can use and is a huge upgrade for their character that's there in the instance with you.

Notable exceptions will be if the group leader has announced they are looting for their companion, then you have the freedom to do the same, as long as you only loot for one character, not both the player character and companion.

Also be mindful about your primary stats. If you are a Imperial Agent, and your primary stat is Cunning, then a piece of armour or blaster with Aim as a main stat, then you should pass for the Bounty Hunter as they will get the greater benefit from that item. There will be many items that multiple classes will want but may have stats that only one class can use. Medium and heavy armour, implants, blasters and rifles, and lightsabers.
