The Circle

The Circle will consist of several member ranks: Leader, Officer, Officer alts, raiders, Social members, members alts, recruits, and a special rank to place inactive members within.

Recruit - Upon joining the guild, everyone will start out as a recruit. The recruit period will last for 30 days and advancing to the next rank will trigger if the member has signed up to the website and is in general good standing.

Social Members - Social members are the core membership. These members are signed up to the website, have been in the guild for 30 days or more and are in good standing. Barring access to some of the the raid information pages, Social members have full access to the website and guild functions.

Raiders - Raiders are members of the guild who are selected to join the progression raid teams recruited mainly from within the guild. All raiders will have access to the guild raid tools, and raid strategies.

Officers - Officers are specially selected guild members who will have a responsibility to cater for within the guild. Officers responsibilities will often not overlap, so to inquire about a certain aspect, members are encouraged to speak to the officer directly responsible.

Guild Leader - The guild leader is the member who oversee's the guild, formulate policies, and ensure the guild runs smoothly.

Members Alts & Officer Alts - Alts of guild members and officers respectively. Only the main will be in the Social Member rank or in the Officer rank.

Inactive Members - A rank to put members within who have been offline for 30 days or more. Members who have been offline for 90 days will be removed from the guild.


Member positions will no rank restriction will include "Raid Leaders" and "Apprentice's". Any member can form a raid group after registering with the Raid Coordinator officer and lead a scheduled raid. Apprentice's can be any member who is chosen by a officer to support them with their given responsibility.
